SPT- YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

  • Private Training – Individual Training for athletes that are looking to go to the next level.
  • Small Group Training – 2-5 kids grouped by the client (friends, teammates, siblings) no more than 2 year difference in age, train together to go to the next level.
  • Team Training – Speed and Agility training, Off-season training, Strength and Conditioning training for whole teams.
